G.B.C. (Speciality Chemicals) Limited is a marketing company specialising in the promotion of special effect pigments, inks and functional coatings in the European market.

We work closely with our customers on a confidential basis to assist in end product development to give technical, quality and commercial advantage.

Our main markets are paper, ink and plastics.

Central to our activity is our role as European Marketing company for Nemoto & Co., Japan with whom we have been working since 1988. Nemoto is the world's leading manufacturer of inorganic UV-activated fluorescent and phosphorescent (Glow-in-the-dark) pigments. In addition they manufacture special pigments for high security and brand protection applications.

We are also the UK representative for Schill & Seilacher AG, Germany for their range of speciality paper chemicals - especially Barrier coatings.

We represent Dupont Soy Polymers in the UK for industrial soy protein with applications in paper coating (co-binder), adhesives (casein substitute) and as an acrylic substitute in water-based 'green' ink formulations.

We are working with Chromatic Technologies Inc, USA, a manufacturer of top quality Thermochromic (heat changing) and Photochromic (light changing) formulated inks for most printing processes throughout Europe. Applications range from promotional to security (product verification).

We are always looking for new suppliers of quality products which are complementary to our product range to introduce to our customers.
